Salt Foundations
A 6-week beginners course
Everyone starts somewhere.
Led by our founder Abi, Salt Foundations is a six-week course designed to help you build confidence, move with ease and discover the benefits of yoga in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Whether you’ve never stepped onto a yoga mat before or you’re looking to reconnect with the basics, this course is for you. Over six weeks, we’ll guide you through the foundations of yoga, building your confidence one step at a time.
Week 1 – Arrive Get to know the studio, your teacher and the basics of breath, alignment and the most common yoga poses.
Week 2 – Build Develop strength and stability as we introduce simple transitions and flowing movement.
Week 3 – Balance Explore balance, coordination and how to move with confidence, while learning modifications that work for your body.
Week 4 – Breathe Discover how breath and movement work together to help reduce stress and create a deeper connection to your practice.
Week 5 – Flow Bring everything together in a gentle, beginner-friendly flow, helping you feel more independent on the mat.
Week 6 – Grow Enjoy a full class designed to celebrate how far you’ve come and leave feeling ready to join our regular timetable with confidence.
Throughout the course you’ll learn alongside the same small group, with the same teacher each week, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, build confidence and feel part of the Salt community. No flexibility or experience is needed - just come as you are, and lets have some fun!

Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic and creative practice where movement flows with the rhythm of the breath. Sequences build strength, flexibility, and balance while keeping the mind focused and present. Expect fluid transitions, energising movement, and a sense of connection between body and breath.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a mindful, unhurried yoga practice that invites you to move with intention and awareness. Each posture is linked with breath at a gentle pace, allowing time to explore alignment, build strength, and create space in the body.
This class focuses on steady, flowing sequences without rushing, helping to improve mobility, balance, and calm the mind. Expect smooth transitions, longer holds, and a grounding, meditative rhythm throughout.
Qi Gong
A gentle practice combining flowing Qi Gong movements with conscious breathing techniques. This class is designed to cultivate energy, improve circulation, and bring a sense of balance and calm to both body and mind.
Mindful Flow
A slow, intentional flow that emphasises awareness, breath, and mindful movement. Transitions are unhurried, allowing space to connect deeply with the body and the present moment. Perfect for cultivating calm, focus, and a sense of inner balance.
Yin + Restore
A nourishing blend of yin and restorative yoga designed to deeply relax the body and calm the nervous system. Yin poses gently open the body while restorative postures, supported with props, invite complete rest. Perfect for anyone seeking release, balance, and deep relaxation.
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic, full-body class that blends yoga flow with strength-focused movement. Expect a steady, energising pace with pulses, holds and controlled sequences designed to build strength, tone and elevate your heart rate. Set to music, it’s a chance to move with intention, sweat, and reconnect to your body.
Pregnancy Yoga with Cassie
A nurturing class designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Move gently, build strength, ease common aches and create space to connect with both your body and your baby.
Mat Pilates
A dynamic 45-minute Pilates class focused on strength, stability and mindful movement. Suitable for all levels.
Sound Baths
A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you are invited to simply lie back, rest, and receive. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, soothing sound waves gently wash over the body, helping to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. Perfect for anyone needing deep rest, stress relief, or a moment to completely switch off.
LED RED LIGHT YOGA CLASSES
LED Red Light Yoga (40 mins)
This deeply calming slow yoga class is practised under LED red light therapy, designed to support relaxation, recovery, and overall wellbeing. Slow, floor-based postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to soften while the red light works to support circulation, recovery, and cellular health.
