Vinyasa Flow

Slow Flow

Power Yoga

Flow To Restore

This balanced class begins with an energising yang-style flow to build heat, strength, and mobility. The second half shifts into slower yin postures, allowing the body to release and the mind to settle. A beautiful combination of movement and stillness.

Mandala Yoga

Qi Gong

SOUND BATH

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you are invited to simply lie back, rest, and receive. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, soothing sound waves gently wash over the body, helping to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
