I came to this work through my own experience of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my body. What I found in healing practices wasn't a fix — it was a way back to myself. That's what I aim to offer in every session.
My approach is slow, responsive, and rooted in consent. I hold a trauma-informed lens across all of my work, and sessions are always shaped by what's actually present — not what I think should be happening. I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) qualification and am a certified Breathwork and Somatic Therapy Facilitator through Buah Meditasi — a training rooted in trauma healing, breathwork, and practical qigong. I hold a trauma-informed lens across all of my work, and sessions are always shaped by what's actually present — not a fixed agenda.

What to expect
We begin with a short conversation about how you're feeling and what's present for you that day. There's no pressure to have answers - this is simply a space to arrive.
During the session, you'll lie fully clothed on a treatment table while I work with gentle, light touch (or no touch at all, if preferred) to support your body's natural ability to regulate and restore balance.
Touch is minimal throughout and can be adapted or avoided entirely — your comfort leads the session, always.
